June 25, 2025 – June 28, 2025The annual national convention of the Astronomical League for 2025 ASTROCON 2025.
From Wednesday through Saturday, June 25-28, the convention will be held under the spectacularly dark skies of Bryce Canyon National Park.
We invite the members of your club to experience a truly unique event under very dark skies. We will have four full days of presentations/workshops that focus on enhancing your personal observing and how to develop your astrophotography/digital imaging skills. There will be an exhibit hall open to the general public to capitalize on tourist traffic that will be at Bryce Canyon for its annual Astronomy Festival. In the evenings there will be public and private star parties plus an area to practice imaging.
We know there are other dark sky star parties available to attend in June, yet this event will provide unique educational and networking opportunities.
